YUVAKRITI
(YOUNG
CREATIVE MINDS)
Yuvakriti,
the school enterprise challenge, the name itself emphasizes on youth. Yuvakriti
means Young Creative Minds. The name completely satisfies the basic idea of
school enterprise challenge. It emerged as an enterprise challenge, teach a man
to fish, but now our objective is not only limited to this but now our aim is
to make each and every student involved, a self-reliant person. Yuvakriti is a
conscientious endeavor of students of S.D. Public School to empower, evolve and
excel in acquired skills and extend their help to the underprivileged segment
of society. Yuvakriti instills confidence and feeling of self-reliance in
differently -abled children by providing a unique platform to them and help
them learn and grow with skills and become independent. It is a platform to
make students self-reliant, create eco-friendly products and spread the message
of peace, harmony and togetherness. Being a part of this school enterprise
challenge is a proud feeling for me. We learnt different skills like quilling,
paper-mache, recycling, making gel-candles and many more. The sub-departments
of the project provide an opportunity to different students to make the best
use of their capabilities. Everyone work as a team which helps them built
leadership qualities and team management qualities. Every student, who is a
part of Yuvakriti, is actually building entrepreneurship. It is not only a
challenge but it has now become a part of our school curriculum which helps a
student to improve his or her anilities in academics, creativity, business,
communication and technology. It is an ultimate step to greater success in
one’s life. Last but not the least, each and every member of Yuvakriti is good
enough to perform the most difficult tasks with greater confidence, it has
helped us to build up self-confidence. Self-confidence is the best of all
qualities which can help a student to become a successful person in his or her
life. Yuvakriti is a canvas of opportunities for the young inquisitive minds to
become self-reliant from an early age.
